Kusal Chand Sisodia
The inspiration of the K. H. Sisodia Group, migrated from Bangladesh to Rajasthan and finally Bengaluru to set shop. He had left all his fortune back in bangladesh during the partition, and came to Bengaluru to start from scratch. Sri. Hastimal Sisodia, his son, is at present heading K. H. Sisodia Group and is assisted by his sons Sri. H. Sanjay Sisodia and Sri. H. Sujith Sisodia to run the daily affairs of the firm.
Hastimal Sisodia
He is the Patriarch of the Sisodia Family, the founder and the current head of the K. H. Sisodia Group. He was born on the Nov 14th 1947, in the village of Neemdi, Rajasthan. At the tender age of 18, he started a financing firm - Sisodia Finance Syndicate (SFS) which has been the foundation to the K. H. Sisodia Group. He has not only built this business group, but has also been a socially active member of the society. He has held various posts in different institutions. He is a trustee of Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital and has been the Hon. Secretary in the same. He has also been the President of Adarsh Group of Institutions, one of the leading education institutions in bangalore. He is also a recipient of The Samaj Ratna Award, which was conferred upon him for his social services apart from other awards.
H.Sanjay Sisodia
Managing Director of the K. H. Sisodia Group. Born on 13th January 1969, in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Wanted to enter the field of diamonds, but Joined his father's business at the young age of 19 and therefore had to forget the world of diamonds to help out his father. Today he is successfully heading the group in frequent absence of the founder (due to social commitments). He is a leader by birth, and has many accolades to back the statement. He is one the finalists of the Lead India campaign, a national level leadership initiative by Times Of India. He is currently the Hon. Secretary of JITO [Jain International Trade Organisation] Karnataka, Kerala and Goa zone. He is an active Rotarian [Paul Harris Fellow]too.He is open to invest as an Angel Investor and welcomes new ventures and creative ideas.
H.Sujith Sisodia
Director of the K. H Sisodia Group. Born on June 8th 1971, in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Has been a great support to his elder brother Sri. H. Sanjay Sisodia. He is the social connect of the group, maintains the social relations of the firm. He is the president of The Jain Yuva Sanghatan, Bangalore.
A bit of history
Started as Sisodia Finance Syndicate, a proprietorship in the year 1964, by Sri. Hastimal Sisodia in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Started with financing used commercial vehicles moved on to private cars and two-wheelers and today under the K. H. Sisodia Group there are 16 proprietorships.heavy commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, tractors and machineries like JCB's, excavators, etc.
The group today is also active in stock market trading, real estate and land development and have started giving out mortgage loans as a new venture. The group is open to invest or partner with new innovative ventures.
